Every great meal starts with a memory. For us, it started in two very different kitchens, thousands of miles apart, yet connected by the same heartbeat: the love of a shared table. When we first dreamt of opening our own food restaurant, we knew we wanted to create a space that felt like home. On one side of our kitchen, you’ll find the rhythmic clack-clack of a spatula against a searing wok—the art of North Indian & Chinese culinary tradition that captures the "breath of the dragon" in every stir-fry. On the other, the earthy aroma of slow-burning charcoal, where spices are toasted to perfection and butter flows like a warm welcome.
We didn't want to make our guests choose between the fiery kick of a Sichuan pepper and the creamy comfort of a Butter Chicken. So, we decided to bring them both under one roof. At our food restaurant, we believe that the best memories are made when everyone at the table finds exactly what they’re craving.
Why We Do What We Do
For us, food is about so much more than just mixing flavors—it’s about staying true to the roots. We believe that to get every bite exactly right, you have to respect the craft. That’s why our chefs dedicate themselves to the very different, very specific techniques that make North Indian & Chinese food so special.
Our North Indian recipes aren't found in a manual; they’re the ones passed down from one generation to the next. We still believe in the magic of hand-ground spices and the kind of slow-cooking that simply can't be rushed. To us, there are no shortcuts when it comes to that deep, home-cooked flavor.
Whether you’re here for a quick midweek takeout fix or a long, noisy Sunday lunch with the whole family, we want you to feel like a guest in our home. We’ve poured our hearts into making this the kind of food restaurant where the atmosphere is as warm as the kitchen.
The sizzle of the pan and the fragrance of North Indian & Chinese spices are our way of saying "welcome." We cook with heart, we serve with pride, and we can’t wait to be a part of your next favorite meal.
